Equally important is a forward-looking mindset around artificial intelligence and emerging technology and brings a solid foundation in software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), CI/CD practices, and full-stack development, paired with the strategic thinking, * 7+ years of professional software development experience. * 2+ years in a lead, senior, or technical leadership role. * Strong experience coding in Java * Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript libraries such as Vue.js, React, Angular, etc. * Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, distributed systems, and API development. * Experience with modern DevOps and CI/CD practices (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI). * Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor developers and present confidently to leadership. * Proven ability to translate business needs into technical plans and execution strategies.
