* 10+ years of overall IT experience.
 * 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
 * Strong expertise in at least one or more Salesforce Clouds:
 + Salesforce Sales Cloud
 + Salesforce Service Cloud
 + Salesforce Marketing Cloud
 * Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
 * Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, Process Builder, and Triggers.
 * Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
 * Knowledge of Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Integration Experience

 * REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.
 * Integration with ERP, HRMS, Marketing, and third-party applications.
 * Middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or similar integration tools., * Salesforce Certifications such as:
 + Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
 + Salesforce Marketing/ Sales/ Service Cloud Consultant
 * Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.

Education

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Professional with 10+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives., * Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.

 * Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams.
 * Build custom applications using Salesforce platform technologies.
 * Develop integrations with internal and external systems.
 * Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
 * Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.
 * Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
