This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients understanding their business needs, transitioning from legacy systems to Business Central, as well as designing tailored solutions and ensuring successful project delivery while also providing training and support for existing Microsoft Dynamics GP environments., * 5+ years of hands-on, consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. * 5+ years of hands-on, consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains. * Proven track record of leading multiple full-cycle Business Central implementations. * Strong understanding of core modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or Warehousing. * Solid foundation in accounting principles and ERP consulting. * Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferred). * Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
