## About the Role

o Advanced Salesforce knowledge and skills
o Admin certified required
o Experience Cloud preferred
o Participate in the design, evaluation, and selection of engineering solutions
o Establish the current and future use of the practice, metrics, and methodologies to determine current and future solutions.
o Architect complex declarative solutions using Salesforce Flows, process builders, and custom objects to eliminate manual tasks
o Implement data management strategies, monitor system health, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
o Typically 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a closely related CRM leadership role.
o Deep understanding of user/license management, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), security management, and SDLC in Agile/Scrum environments.
o Exceptional stakeholder communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
