## Description

Our client seeks a Principal Full Stack Engineer to support critical digital business platforms across a broad application portfolio. The role combines hands-on Java development, modernization of legacy .NET services, production support, and cloud integration. You will troubleshoot complex issues, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions., * Provide Level 3 application support, root cause analysis, and incident resolution for mid-tier and digital shared services.

 * Participate in weekly on-call rotation and ensure production stability.
 * Design, build, and enhance services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot, with exposure to REST and SOAP.
 * Support and modernize .NET applications, including updates and scripting to improve supportability.
 * Triage build and deploy issues, manage source code branch requests, and partner with DBAs, product managers, and engineers.
 * Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting using tools such as Splunk and Kibana, and write SQL queries.
 * Contribute to DevOps pipelines and automation using tools such as Jenkins and Stash.
 * Leverage approved AI tools to improve support and development workflows.
 * Document troubleshooting steps and maintain an accurate knowledge base.
 * Assist with cloud enablement and infrastructure delivery on AWS and Azure.
