## About the Role

* 7+ years of experience in server-side development using major programming languages such as Java, Ruby, Python, Clojure, or C#.

 * Strong understanding of system and architecture design principles, especially in the context of distributed systems.

 * Ability to own projects, define requirements, and lead their development.

 * Excellent problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work on both software development and support tasks.

 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

 * Experience with Platform as a Service (PaaS) and the transformation of services into products.

 * Experience with IAM concepts such as RBAC/ABAC, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, or SCIM.

 * Experience with temporal data modeling and designing APIs consumed by other teams.

 * Experience building real-time or event-driven systems.
