## About the Role

o Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline with 5+ years of hands-on product development experience.
o Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, microprocessors, ARM-based processors, programmable logic devices (CPLDs/FPGAs), and electronic hardware architectures.
o Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools such as Altium Designer or Mentor Graphics, along with participation in formal design reviews.
o Hands-on troubleshooting experience using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, debuggers, digital multimeters (DMMs), power supplies, and other laboratory test equipment.
o Experience supporting regulatory certification testing (UL, EMC, IEC standards) including report generation, documentation, compliance activities, and board-level debugging during product bring-up.

## Description

o Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to design, develop, and verify industrial automation hardware products from concept through production.
o Perform hardware design, prototyping, board bring-up, troubleshooting, and validation of analog and digital electronic circuits.
o Lead technical initiatives including new technology evaluations, design reviews, simulation activities, and root-cause analysis of hardware failures.
o Support regulatory certification activities including UL, EMC, and functional safety testing while creating detailed test reports and technical documentation.
o Mentor junior engineers and work closely with software, systems, manufacturing, and quality teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
