## About the Role

Must-have skills: JCL, CICS, TSO, ISPF, COBOL. Preferred: Systematics (IM/IMPACS, ST/Savings Time). Core deposit banking experience is key., * 7+ years experience supporting banking or financial applications in a mainframe environment.

 * Strong knowledge of z/OS, JCL, CICS, TSO/ISPF, batch processing, and job scheduling.
 * Experience with production support, incident management, and application recovery.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
 * Ability to work independently while collaborating across technical and business teams.

## Description

* Provide advanced production support for primarily IM, ST, and additional Deposits applications
 * Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex production incidents and processing issues.
 * Support batch processing, online systems, file transmissions, and application recovery procedures.
 * Partner with clients, project teams, developers, and operations teams on implementations, enhancements, and issue resolution.
 * Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions for recurring issues.
 * Develop and maintain support, recovery, and operational documentation.
 * Participate in on-call support and major incident response activities.
 * Mentor team members and serve as a subject matter expert for assigned applications.
