## Description

We are seeking a Director, SAP Technology Lead - Merchandising to lead SAP and retail technology capabilities supporting merchandising within a large-scale grocery retail transformation.
This is a true Director-level position requiring deep knowledge of retail merchandising processes combined with SAP S/4HANA transformation experience. The leader must understand how technology supports merchandising, pricing, promotions, supply chain and store operations and be able to translate between business requirements and technical solutions.
The original position specifically encompasses areas including article/master data, assortment/listing, allocation and replenishment, pricing/promotions/markdowns, vendor funding/rebates and margin/profitability, along with technologies including SAP CAR and retail planning platforms.  * Drive technology decisions supporting merchandising, pricing, promotions and related retail processes.
 * Lead major S/4HANA transformation initiatives within a complex retail organization.
 * Partner directly with merchandising and other business leaders to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
 * Provide leadership across merchandising, supply chain and store operations.
 * Support integration between SAP and the broader retail technology ecosystem.
 * Provide hands-on leadership and challenge technical designs and recommendations where appropriate.
 * Manage multiple teams and work effectively with implementation partners and systems integrators.
 * Ensure solutions support the scale and complexity of a major grocery retail environment.
