 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Experience working in onshore/offshore delivery environments.
 * Ability to work onsite in Bethesda, MD approximately 2 days per week.

## Description

Seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong DevOps, AWS cloud infrastructure, and production support experience to support a client environment in Bethesda, Maryland.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise in maintaining system reliability, troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, managing high-priority production incidents, and collaborating with onshore and offshore teams., * Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and best practices to maintain system availability, performance, and reliability.

 * Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues across cloud and infrastructure environments.
 * Lead high-priority incident response calls, provide technical updates, identify root causes, and communicate resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
 * Support and maintain AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
 * Perform systems engineering and administration activities across Linux, Unix, and Windows environments, including patching and troubleshooting.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional DevOps, infrastructure, and application support teams.
 * Work effectively with distributed onshore and offshore teams.
 * Provide extended support during critical production incidents as needed.
