## Description

Compensation: Open / DOE Position Summary Seeking a GIS Specialist to serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for a pipeline GIS environment. This role will manage GIS databases, pipeline centerline data, spatial analysis, and regulatory reporting while supporting pipeline operations, integrity management, and compliance initiatives. Key Responsibilities

 * Administer and maintain GIS systems, including PODS SQL databases and pipeline centerline data
 * Perform spatial analysis and mapping using ESRI ArcGIS
 * Manage GIS data from inspections, surveys, repairs, ILI reports, and as-built documentation
 * Write SQL queries and generate reports for asset management and regulatory compliance
 * Support Integrity Management Programs, HCA analysis, Class Location studies, and risk assessments
 * Manage GIS software implementations, upgrades, licensing, and vendor relationships
 * Prepare PHMSA and other regulatory reporting submissions
 * Provide GIS support and training to internal users
