## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to develop and support software products that make analytics capabilities accessible to business users. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering fundamentals, hands-on experience across front-end and back-end development, and exposure to integrating AI capabilities into software applications.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. The role requires strong technical ownership, problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and the ability to work in an Agile environment., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

 * 7+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on Java and Spring Boot development.
 * 3+ years of experience developing applications using Angular.
 * Strong full-stack development experience across front-end and back-end technologies.
 * Experience developing and testing production-grade software applications.
 * Hands-on experience with automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
 * Experience working in Agile development environments and using Rally.
 * Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools and pipelines, such as Jenkins and Gradle.
 * Familiarity with deploying applications on cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) or AWS.
 * Experience working with AI-enabled applications or integrating AI capabilities into software products.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to work independently, take initiative, and navigate ambiguous situations.
 * Commitment to clean coding practices, continuous learning, collaboration, and problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Python and integrating analytics models or services into applications.
 * Experience with Generative AI or Large Language Model (LLM) integrations.
 * Knowledge of evaluating AI outputs and addressing reliability and security concerns.
 * Experience developing software products for supply chain, logistics, operations, or analytics domains.
 * Experience mentoring developers or coaching teams on Agile and modern software engineering practices.
 * Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
