As a senior-level role, this candidate will be a technical leader and a key influencer of the team. They will work efficiently with little to no guidance and be able to make decisions and provide innovative solutions to ambiguous problems. They should have a strong ability to see the big picture and produce long-term solutions, while also mentoring junior-level team members and helping them grow.
