## About the Role

JD- Advanced Salesforce knowledge and skills

 * Admin certified required
 * Experience Cloud preferred
 * Participate in the design, evaluation, and selection of engineering solutions
 * Establish the current and future use of the practice, metrics, and methodologies to determine current and future solutions.
 * Architect complex declarative solutions using Salesforce Flows, process builders, and custom objects to eliminate manual tasks
 * Implement data management strategies, monitor system health, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
 * Typically 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a closely related CRM leadership role.
 * Deep understanding of user/license management, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), security management, and SDLC in Agile/Scrum environments.
 * Exceptional stakeholder communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): automation, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports
