## About the Role

* Strong technical documentation and analytical skills
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 * Hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas: Windows workstation support, real-time operations or command-center environments, TCP/IP networking or systems administration, or web application/infrastructure troubleshooting
 * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site operations setting
 * Strong collaboration skills and comfort working with cross-functional technical teams

Preferred Skills

 * Experience in a NOC, SOC, operations center, or similar 24x7 support environment
 * Familiarity with monitoring tools, cloud diagnostics, or automation platforms
 * Experience working closely with infrastructure or DevOps teams
 * Five or more years of relevant technical experience
 * Ability to stay organized and calm while supporting mission-critical systems

This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing workflows, solving technical problems, and turning operational complexity into clear, actionable improvements.
Responsibilities

 * Observe live operational processes and document workflows, dependencies, and system interactions
 * Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve efficiency
 * Partner with teams across operations, infrastructure, engineering, and DevOps to support smoother execution
 * Create clear and useful process documentation, summaries, and recommendations
 * Communicate findings and updates to both technical and non-technical audiences
 * Support a mission-critical environment that requires attention to detail, consistency, and responsiveness
