## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree and PMP certification preferred
 * 5+ years of IT project management experience
 * Experience leading cross-functional business and technology initiatives
 * Experience with software development, SaaS implementations, systems integration, and/or process improvement projects
 * Experience managing project budgets and resource plans
 * Strong background with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods
 * Solid understanding of SDLC and enterprise technology delivery
 * Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and risk management skills

## Description

Kforce has a client in Coppell, TX that is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager., The Senior IT Project Manager will lead medium to large cross-functional technology initiatives. This role will partner with business and technology teams to drive projects from planning through implementation using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies., * Lead cross-functional technology projects from initiation through delivery

 * Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and status reporting
 * Develop project plans and translate business requirements into actionable deliverables
 * Facilitate project meetings and communicate status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
 * Manage scope changes, project financials, testing, readiness, training, and deployment activities
 * Ensure projects deliver against business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations
 * Support PMO processes, reporting, and project standards
