## Description

The IT Project Manager II is responsible for leading cross-functional technology initiatives and ensuring IT practices remain aligned with evolving business needs. This role oversees the full project lifecycle-from concept through implementation-while driving collaboration across technical and product teams., Project Leadership & Delivery

 * Lead cross-functional delivery of technology initiatives
 * Manage projects from initiation through implementation
 * Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and project lifecycle activities
 * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives

Scope & Planning

 * Define project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements
 * Develop detailed project plans and task breakdowns
 * Collaborate with product and technical teams to prioritize workstreams
 * Break down complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives into structured execution plans

Risk & Dependency Management

 * Identify cross-team dependencies and project risks
 * Develop and execute mitigation plans
 * Escalate critical issues appropriately

Stakeholder Communication

 * Provide clear visibility into project status and progress
 * Maintain transparent reporting for leadership and stakeholders
 * Facilitate effective negotiation and alignment across teams
