## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in Informatica, Snowflake, Python, Oracle PL/SQL, DBT, and BI/Reporting tools to deliver scalable data solutions and lead project execution.

The candidate should have proven delivery experience across Capital Markets, Corporate Functions, Securities, and Front-to-Back Office., Technical Skills:

 * Snowflake
 * Informatica
 * Python
 * Oracle PL/SQL
 * DBT
 * BI/Reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)

Technical Requirements:

 * Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including data modeling, performance optimization, and cost management.
 * Advanced proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and integration.
 * Strong Oracle PL/SQL experience, including complex queries, procedures, and performance tuning.
 * Experience with at least one enterprise reporting or BI tool.

Leadership & Domain Experience:

 * Proven experience leading teams and managing end-to-end project delivery.
 * Strong customer interaction and stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience driving governance forums and executive-level status reviews.
 * Capital Markets experience across Corporate Functions, Securities, and Front-to-Back Office.
 * Exposure to Generative AI concepts, tools, or implementation is highly desirable.

## Description

* Design, develop, and optimize data solutions using Snowflake, Python, Oracle PL/SQL, Informatica, and DBT.
 * Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using standard BI/reporting tools.
 * Lead end-to-end project deliverables, ensuring quality, timelines, and customer requirements.
 * Drive weekly and monthly governance calls, including status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
 * Ensure project tasks and milestones are completed on time.
 * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.
 * Review designs and code to ensure best practices.
 * Engage directly with customers to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
 * Apply Generative AI concepts and tools to improve data engineering, analytics, and automation.
 * Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
