Since 2011, our mission hasn't changed - we're here to stop breaches, and we've redefined modern security with the world's most advanced AI-native platform. We work on large scale distributed systems, processing almost 3 trillion events per day and this traffic is growing daily. Our customers span all industries, and they count on CrowdStrike to keep their businesses running, their communities safe and their lives moving forward. We're proud to work for a mission-driven company leveraging AI to transform the way we work. CrowdStrikers drive their careers through flexibility and autonomy while also being expected to contribute to a culture of responsible AI adoption, experimentation, and innovation. We use an AI-first mindset as a force multiplier to proactively and continuously accelerate execution, build expertise, uncover insights, and solve complex, We are looking for a Senior Director to build and lead the organization that turns the Lab's research into AI security systems running in the real world. You will lead teams of engineers and research scientists who take frontier models and autonomous agents from promising results to production capabilities, on the Falcon sensor, where every millisecond, megabyte and CPU cycle counts, and across the cloud, where systems reason over trillions of events every day. This role combines people leadership, technical depth and strategic influence. You will set the engineering strategy and roadmap, hire and develop exceptional leaders, and own delivery of systems that customers depend on. You will also stay close enough to the technology to challenge an architecture, debate a model choice with researchers and explain the tradeoffs clearly to executives. You will build for what is possible today while preparing the organization for what the next 12 to 24 months of model and agent capability will make possible. If you have built and led the teams that shipped AI to stop adversaries in production, on the endpoint or at cloud scale, and you want to define what autonomous cyber defense looks like next, we want to talk., * Frontier work with real consequences. The systems your organization ships will protect organizations that keep economies, hospitals and critical infrastructure running. * Data and environments no one else has. Trillions of daily Falcon events, deep adversary intelligence and high-fidelity cyber environments to test against reality. * Founding-era influence. You will help shape the structure, culture and technical standards of a new frontier lab from the start. * World-class collaborators. You will work alongside AI researchers, offensive operators, threat hunters and incident responders who understand how real attacks happen and how they are stopped. #LI-Remote #LI-CS1 Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike: * Market leader in compensation and equity awards * Comprehensive physical and mental wellness programs * Competitive vacation and holidays for recharge * Paid parental and adoption leaves * Professional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or role * Employee Networks, geographic neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connections * Vibrant office culture with world class amenities * Great Place to Work Certified across the globe CrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
