## About the Role

* Strong Program Management experience leading large-scale software delivery programs.
 * Deep SAFe Agile experience including PI Planning, dependency management, and Agile delivery practices.
 * Mobile application delivery experience supporting iOS and/or Android development teams.

Nice to Have Skills and Experience:

 * SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, PMP, or equivalent certification.
 * Experience with Clienture DevOps (ADO), Jira, Confluence, and Aha!.
 * Experience leading distributed global teams.
 * Experience working with offshore development teams.
 * Airline, travel, or customer-facing digital product experience.
 * Technical background in software engineering or architecture.

Education:

 * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience, * 9+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment
 * Experience coaching agile methodologies to team and stakeholder
 * Skills and knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency
 * Proven ability to promote a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally, * 9+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment
 * Experience with driving adoption of Agile methodologies, processes and tools in a cross-functional organization
 * Superior analytical, problem solving and communication skills
 * Demonstrated experience with continuous integration/delivery
 * Participation in scaled agile frameworks
