You'll guide new customers from signed contract to full production - configuring our platform to fit their operations, coordinating across teams, and making sure every customer's first experience with Daupler is a great one. This is a customer-facing, consultative role: you'll listen closely to understand each customer's needs, communicate the value of what we do in terms that matter to them, and represent Daupler throughout onboarding.
