## Description

* Provide deskside support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and AV equipment
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
 * Perform OS imaging/reimaging and software installations
 * Support Azure, Intune, and Active Directory environments
 * Manage and resolve tickets using ServiceNow or similar tools
 * Travel to nearby locations (own vehicle required; mileage reimbursed)
 * Deliver excellent customer service and timely issue resolution
