## Description

Akkodis is seeking a Software Engineer for a Contract with a client in Newark, NJ. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and support scalable software applications, REST APIs, and microservices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable business solutions., * Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications, backend services, and REST APIs.

 * Build and enhance web-based applications using modern technologies such as Python, Java, JavaScript, and React.
 * Develop and optimize integrations with relational and NoSQL databases to support business and application requirements.
 * Create clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while participating in code reviews and defect resolution activities.
 * Deploy and support applications using Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud or Linux-based environments.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
