## Description

Insight Global is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide onsite end-user support in Downtown Tucson. This individual will troubleshoot hardware, software, and mobile-device issues through phone, email, and in-person support. The technician will serve as a primary point of contact for users, document issues and resolutions, and provide timely, professional customer service.
