## About the Role

 * Must Have strong experience in Java, Spring, and FIX-based eTrading solutions.

 * Must Have strong knowledge of Credit or Rates eTrading workflows.
 * Must Have experience in eTrading platforms, market connectivity, price distribution, or RFQ engines.
 * Must Have experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
 * Must Have experience with Maven, Gradle, SBT, and Jenkins.
 * Must Have experience with GraphQL, gRPC, and Microservices.
 * Must Have experience with Linux/Unix environments.
 * Must Have experience with Kafka, JMS, AMPS, or RabbitMQ.
 * Must Have experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
 * Must Have exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, monitoring, and tracing tools., * Experience with C++, Rust, and machine architecture.
 * Experience with CQRS architecture.
 * Knowledge of Scala libraries such as ZIO.
 * Experience with ReactiveX, Akka Streams, or Spring Reactor.
 * Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or ELK Stack.
