## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain, Agile methodologies, product backlog management, and insurance business processes., * Strong experience as a Product Owner in the P&C Insurance domain.

 * In-depth knowledge of Policy Administration, Claims Management, Underwriting, Rating, and Billing.
 * Experience with Guidewire (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) or Duck Creek is preferred.
 * Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
 * Expertise in Product Backlog Management, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Sprint Planning.
 * Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
 * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
 * Knowledge of Personal Lines and Commercial Lines Insurance.

## Description

* Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog.
 * Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed user stories.
 * Work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, and Scrum Masters.
 * Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and UAT.
 * Define product priorities and ensure timely delivery of business requirements.
 * Ensure solutions align with P&C insurance business processes and objectives.
