The ability to work with cross-functional teams and do software integration.Required Skill and Experience* Experience in Workday ERP implementation or support projects and relevant experience in ERP domain in implementation / support projects related to Workday applications. * Experience in Workday HCM Security and core HCM.* Strong understanding of Workday security architecture and role-based access. * Hands-on experience with security configuration, domain policies, and user access management. * Problem-solving and analytical skills. * Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred Skill and Experience* Workday Security Certified. * Workday HCM functional and technical knowledge. * Experience with Workday integrations, reports and security impact analysis. * Knowledge of compliance frameworks and data privacy regulations. * Familiarity with Workday reporting and audit tools.Additional Required Qualifications* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent
required from an accredited institution.
