* 2-5 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or forward deployed engineering roles.
 * Proven ability to manage end-to-end technical implementations in complex environments.

## Description

* Lead on-site deployments of the AI-powered knowledge platform at customer facilities, including factories and control rooms.
 * Integrate the platform with clients' existing systems, data sources, and operational procedures.
 * Configure and customize the knowledge ecosystem to align with each customer's workflows and safety standards.
 * Collaborate with frontline workers and operations leadership to translate use cases into actionable platform capabilities.
 * Troubleshoot technical issues in complex industrial settings and drive rapid resolution.
 * Optimize the orchestration platform based on real-world usage and customer feedback.
 * Partner with internal teams to relay field insights and influence product development.
