## Description

We are looking for an experienced Technology Manager with a strong background in hospitality and restaurant technology, particularly POS systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting restaurant technology environments, managing IT infrastructure, and troubleshooting hardware and software across multiple platforms., * Oversee and support technology operations within a hospitality/restaurant environment.

 * Manage and troubleshoot POS systems, including Micros, Lightspeed, or similar platforms.
 * Provide technical support for restaurant and hospitality technology systems.
 * Support computer networks, systems maintenance, and IT infrastructure.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and system-related issues.
 * Support Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android environments.
 * Coordinate with vendors and technology partners when required.
 * Ensure POS and other technology systems are operating reliably.
 * Provide hands-on technical support and resolve issues in a timely manner.
