## About the Role

Our client seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support a major enterprise ServiceNow implementation and transformation initiative. The role will design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience and a proven track record delivering ServiceNow capabilities in large, complex environments. This is a 24-month contract opportunity requiring onsite attendance in Orlando, FL four days per week.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.  * Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
 * Experience developing and configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Service Catalog Items, and IntegrationHub.
 * Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
 * Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development lifecycle.
 * Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
 * Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability and willingness to work onsite in Orlando, FL four days per week.
 * Preferred: ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS, and experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, or HRSD in enterprise environments.

## Description

* Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
 * Develop and support solutions across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and HRSD.
 * Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows.
 * Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and third-party APIs.
 * Collaborate with business analysts, architects, administrators, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
 * Participate in solution design sessions, technical reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
 * Troubleshoot platform issues and implement performance improvements.
 * Document configurations, customizations, and development standards.
 * Adhere to ServiceNow development best practices and governance processes.
