## About the Role

* Hands-on experience in designing business web applications.
 * Hands-on experience with Adobe XD, Figma, or similar UI/UX design and prototyping tools.
 * Experience converting UI/UX designs into front-end components.
 * Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Tailwind, or SASS.
 * Experience with JavaScript or Typescript.
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
 * Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools, such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
 * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile development environment.
 * Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
 * Experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
 * A portfolio of past projects demonstrating your UI/UX and front-end work is required for consideration.

Nice-to-Have (Optional):

 * Hands-on experience with React and/or MUI.
 * Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest front-end and UX design trends and technologies.
 * .NET Web API's (a plus).
