Resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within SLA. Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. Support VPN, remote access, and hybrid workplace technologies. Maintain asset inventory and device lifecycle processes. Create and update technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
