## Description

As an IT Hardware Technician, you will be responsible for supporting our 3rd Shift Manufacturing Environment located in Hazelwood, MO. This position will address any issues identified during the overnight shift that impact our manufacturing operations. It will also monitor our Help Desk to support users across other business units. In addition, this role will work with team members to build and maintain equipment utilized across North America.  * Working alongside with Help Desk to support system monitoring and troubleshooting.
 * Demonstrate a good understanding of both Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
 * Apply Windows patches and hardware drivers to ensure systems remain updated and stable.
 * Troubleshoot printer issues and support reliable device performance.
 * Work independently in a manufacturing support role with confidence and accountability.
 * Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project milestones.
