## About the Role

* Demonstrated experience working with data, file processing, EDI, eligibility, enrollment, or another technical/transactional environment.
 * Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data inconsistencies.
 * Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
 * Ability to troubleshoot issues and follow documented technical processes.
 * Ability to work independently while meeting production deadlines and service expectations.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Comfortable working with electronic data files and data-intensive processes.
 * Ability to identify, research, and troubleshoot data discrepancies or processing errors.
 * Strong organizational and time-management skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a production environment.
 * OIG/GSA/OFAC Exclusion Screenings must be completed prior to placement/start date.
 * Completion of mandatory compliance training including General Compliance, HIPAA, Fraud, Waste, and Abuse, Conflict of Interests, and Security Awareness.
 * Completion of Model of Care, ODAG, and CA Fair Claims training., * Previous EDI or electronic file-processing experience.
 * Experience with healthcare eligibility, enrollment, benefits, insurance, or similar data.
 * Familiarity with eligibility file formats, including ANSI 834.
 * Experience working in a high-volume production environment.
 * Strong technical aptitude and curiosity when researching problems.

Qualification And Education:

## Description

* Provide seasonal production support within the Membership Operations team, primarily supporting electronic eligibility file processing.
 * Monitor and manage incoming eligibility files.
 * Review processing results and exceptions.
 * Troubleshoot file and data issues.
 * Assist with ensuring eligibility updates are processed accurately and timely.
 * Work within established eligibility processes and systems to identify patterns or discrepancies.
 * Research issues and follow technical processes.
