## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
 * 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS, HR technology, or related disciplines.
 * Strong hands-on ADP HRIS expertise, including system configuration, reporting, dashboard development, and relevant system functionality.
 * Demonstrated experience analyzing HR data and translating findings into actionable business insights.
 * Experience supporting HR processes such as performance management, benefits administration, or other employee lifecycle functions.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience maintaining data accuracy, system controls, and confidentiality.
 * Preferred Qualifications: HRIS certifications and experience with HR technology optimization, process automation, and data governance., * Takes ownership of technical challenges, works independently, and follows issues through to resolution.
 * Combines analytical thinking, attention to detail, and patience when navigating complex systems and data.
 * Collaborates effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, adapts to shifting priorities, and provides additional on-site support when reasonably needed.
 * Welcomes constructive feedback, exercises sound judgment, and communicates professionally when working through challenging situations.

## Description

* Serve as a subject matter expert in ADP HRIS, supporting system configuration, reporting, dashboard development, and ongoing optimization.
 * Develop and maintain workforce dashboards, metrics, and recurring reports that help leaders identify trends and make informed decisions.
 * Support HR technology processes across performance management, benefits enrollment, and other employee lifecycle functions.
 * Analyze HR data to uncover trends, assess workforce needs, and recommend practical improvements.
 * Partner with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve system issues, and implement effective technology solutions.
 * Strengthen data integrity, reporting accuracy, governance, and system control while safeguarding confidential employee information.
 * Identify opportunities to automate processes, streamline HR operations, and improve system usability and efficiency.
