We use AI tools to move faster; we do not hire for prompt-only delivery. * Mentorship and review quality: you raise peers' work through clear feedback and shared standards. Nice to have * NestJS, LaunchDarkly (or similar feature flags), Auth0/Okta, queue/worker patterns (for example BullMQ), Playwright or strong E2E habits. * Salesforce integration experience (consuming Salesforce as a system of record; Apex specialist not required). * Design-system contribution, multi-tenant / franchise-style domain experience. * GraphQL experience if you have it (not required for day-to-day on this team).
