 * 8+ years of hands-on experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs with engineering teams.
 * Deep domain expertise in financial services, banking, FinTech, or regulated environments.
 * Strong experience with Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
 * Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
 * Experience with Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe.
 * Proven experience leading technical programs from inception through delivery and adoption.
 * Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
 * Experience managing program risks, dependencies, and vendor relationships.
 * Experience using metrics and KPIs to drive program decisions and outcomes.
