## About the Role

Experience: 5+ years of web and mobile application development experience, with at least 3 years of dedicated experience using React Native and ReactJS.

Technical Skills: Proficient in responsive design, layout aesthetics, accessibility standards, and building component libraries. Experienced in developing frontend architectures that consume RESTful JSON APIs. Strong understanding of React Native optimization for iOS and Android, including offline storage, threading, and performance tuning. Experience working with distributed development teams in a large-scale agile environment is required.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Hands-on experience with monorepos.
 * Experience developing for large-scale, consumer-facing enterprise production environments.
 * Familiarity with Redux and React Native Web.
 * Knowledge of leveraging AI-assisted development tools.
 * Experience leading or mentoring a development team.
 * Knowledge of C# is beneficial.
 * Experience in the healthcare industry or familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus.

 * Develop, extend, and maintain a robust design system component library.

 * Perform and lead through code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality.
