 * Knowledge of security, access controls, performance optimization, and platform governance.
 * Strong stakeholder management, communication, and architectural decision-making skills., * ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential.
 * ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA), where applicable to the role.
 * Experience leading large-scale, global ServiceNow transformations.
 * Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and cloud technologies.

## Description

* Design and lead enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
 * Define technical architecture, platform strategy, and solution roadmaps.
 * Architect solutions across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps.
 * Lead platform integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and other integration technologies.
 * Establish architecture standards, governance, security, scalability, and performance best practices.
 * Guide technical teams on custom application development, scripting, and platform configuration.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical leads.
 * Review technical designs and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
 * Lead platform upgrades, instance strategy, and technical debt reduction.
 * Mentor developers, technical consultants, and solution architects.
