## About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with 5-8 years of experience in Java, React, and Next.js. The role requires a strong Lead Individual Contributor who can drive technical delivery, mentor developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and build scalable applications. The development split is 60% Frontend and 40% Backend. Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code or OpenAI Codex is essential., * 5-8 years of full-stack development experience.

 * Strong hands-on Java, React, and Next.js experience.
 * Frontend (60%) and Backend (40%) development expertise.
 * Proven experience as a Lead Individual Contributor with mentoring capabilities.
 * Hands-on experience with Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or similar agentic AI coding tools.
 * Strong experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
 * Knowledge of Agile, CI/CD, TDD, cloud development, and application resiliency.
 * Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
 * Good to Have: Payload CMS, Content Management Systems (CMS), and content platform integrations.

* Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, React, and Next.js.

 * Ensure application scalability, security, resiliency, and production stability.
 * Support production incidents and participate in incident management.
