## About the Role

* J.D. and prior legal practice experience strongly preferred; substantial law firm experience and knowledge of legal workflows may be considered in lieu of a J.D.
 * Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage attorneys and staff.
 * Strong knowledge of generative AI tools and their practical applications in legal environments.
 * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and document management systems required.
 * Familiarity with legal technology platforms such as Harvey, Copilot, CoCounsel, Claude, DeepJudge, iManage, and document automation tools preferred.
 * Experience developing training materials using tools such as Canva, Synthesia, Clipchamp, or Guidde preferred.
 * Experience in law firms, professional services, sales, training, recruiting, business development, or other relationship-focused roles preferred.
 * Strong organizational, problem-solving, customer service, and project management skills.
 * Ability to manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.

## Description

Bilzin Sumberg is seeking a proactive, relationship-driven professional to help attorneys and staff effectively use technology to enhance their work. Reporting to the Chief Knowledge Officer and working closely with the Adoption & Integration Coordinator, this role focuses on technology training, user engagement, change management, and adoption of emerging tools, including artificial intelligence (AI).

The ideal candidate understands legal workflows, builds trusted relationships, and can demonstrate how technology improves efficiency and the practice of law.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 * Training & Development: Deliver engaging onboarding, group, virtual, and one-on-one training on firm technology, including AI tools, knowledge management systems, and legal applications. Tailor instruction to specific practice areas and user needs.
 * Technology Adoption & Engagement: Build relationships with attorneys and staff, identify workflow challenges, and proactively promote technology solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
 * Change Management: Support technology rollouts through targeted communications, stakeholder engagement, user preparation, and ongoing adoption efforts.
 * Learning Resources: Develop and maintain training guides, instructional videos, practice-specific materials, and other resources that support technology proficiency.
 * Implementation & Evaluation: Participate in software implementations, pilot programs, testing, and evaluations. Monitor training effectiveness, user feedback, and technology adoption.
 * Collaboration & Support: Partner with KM&D, IT, practice groups, and other departments on innovation initiatives, workflow improvements, and user support.
 * Continuous Improvement: Stay informed of emerging legal technologies and identify opportunities for automation, AI integration, and improved user experiences.
