## About the Role

* Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI Engineering or a comparable qualification
 * At least five years of experience in software development or system integration, with strong hands-on expertise in React and practical experience developing Python applications in production environments.
 * Strong knowledge of REST APIs, integration architecture and authentication methods such as OAuth2 and JWT
 * Practical experience delivering AI or automation solutions into production, ideally including LLM APIs, RAG or agents
 * Proficiency with Linux, Git, Docker and CI/CD
 * Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n; knowledge of Java and Jira/Confluence administration is an advantage
 * A structured, independent and collaborative approach, with sound architectural judgement and a strong focus on quality and documentation
 * Strong communication skills in German and English, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

## Description

* Develop and enhance IMS AI with new features and user-focused applications, including agentic workflows.
 * Design and develop the internal action management application ("Maßnahmenkatalog") using React and Python, working closely with business stakeholders.
 * Design and implement REST APIs and system integrations, including authentication, error handling and monitoring.
 * Develop and operate Python applications and workflow automations using n8n or comparable tools.
 * Evaluate AI technologies, lead proofs of concept and contribute to the AI roadmap together with the Head of IT.
 * Ensure reliable, secure and maintainable solutions through automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD and clear documentation.
 * Administer and further develop Jira, Confluence and n8n, adapting configurations and workflows to business needs.
 * Take technical ownership of digitalisation projects, coordinate competing priorities with stakeholders and mentor junior colleagues
