 * Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk)

## Description

Join a mission-driven team supporting children and families through ABA therapy. Behavior Functions Inc. is hiring a Part-Time IT Support Specialist to keep our clinical technology running smoothly. You'll troubleshoot devices, manage secure access, and empower staff with reliable tech tools-all while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems and making a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

 * Provide on-site and remote technical support for clinicians, supervisors, and

administrative staff

 * Troubleshoot issues with laptops, tablets, printers, and mobile devices used in therapy

sessions

 * Maintain HIPAA-compliant data security protocols across devices and networks

 * Support onboarding/offboarding with IT setup, user accounts, and permissions

 * Assist with EMR platform access (e.g., CentralReach, Catalyst) and integrations

 * Monitor Wi-Fi connectivity and troubleshoot clinic network issues

 * Document IT procedures and maintain support logs for compliance audits

 * Coordinate with external vendors for hardware/software procurement and repairs, The position is part-time, approximately 5-12 hours per week, with occasional special projects
