Must Have

 * 4+ years of Java development experience
 * Strong Spring Boot experience
 * Experience with APIs, integrations and microservices
 * Experience with at least one cloud platform: Azure, AWS or GCP
 * Ability to mentor and guide other developers
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Minimum C1 Dutch and strong English

Nice to Have

 * Consulting or multi-client experience
 * Kafka or event-driven architecture experience
 * Kubernetes/containerisation experience
 * Interest in technical leadership or architecture
