## About the Role

A&A Digital Tech Ltd is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to help evolve and scale an established customer service solution. This is a hands-on architecture role for someone with strong Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) experience who can review an existing live solution, identify practical improvements and develop reusable architecture patterns that support wider adoption. The role requires a pragmatic architect who can improve the solution without introducing unnecessary complexity or disrupting ongoing delivery., * Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architecture experience

 * Strong stakeholder engagement and technical leadership skills

## Description

* Review the existing Dynamics 365 solution architecture and identify opportunities for optimisation.
 * Assess where automation and AI can improve processes while maintaining a configuration-first approach.
 * Define reusable Dynamics 365 design patterns that can support multiple business areas and future rollout.
 * Design appropriate approaches for data segregation and information boundaries.
 * Shape API and integration architecture between Dynamics 365 and external customer feedback, reporting, analytics and contact centre services.
 * Review data storage architecture, including approaches for closed cases and migrated Legacy data.
 * Lead solution design reviews and provide architectural assurance throughout delivery.
 * Maintain clear architectural risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and decisions.
 * Ensure the Dynamics 365 application architecture aligns with security, data and integration architecture.
 * Take significant architectural changes through the appropriate technical design and governance processes.
 * Work closely with solution, security, data, integration, engineering and delivery teams.
