* Proven experience in UI/UX, Product Design or Interaction Design roles
 * Advanced Figma skills, including prototyping
 * Experience designing complex, data-heavy applications or dashboards
 * Strong understanding of user-centred design principles
 * Experience working with design systems and component libraries
 * Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
 * Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences

## Description

This role will see you working closely with end users and key stakeholders to design intuitive, data-rich experiences that support fast, informed decision-making. You'll be responsible for creating and validating prototypes, simplifying complex workflows, and helping bring multiple products together into a unified platform experience., * Design and prototype new user experiences using Figma

 * Work directly with users and stakeholders to understand requirements and pain points
 * Simplify complex workflows and improve usability across trading and operational systems
 * Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs
 * Utilise and enhance existing design system components
 * Present concepts and design recommendations to stakeholders
 * Collaborate closely with development teams as designs move into delivery
 * Support the consolidation of multiple front-end applications into a seamless user experience
