## About the Role

Essential technical skills required;

 * Proven hands on experience in developing website (web and mobile) and support
 * Experience in Integration tools (Biztalk or similar)
 * Proven hands-on experience in writing complex SQL Queries and Azure KQL Queries
 * Proven hand-on experience in managing Digital solutions hosted using IIS services e.g. mobile
 * Experience in supporting ETL/ELT solutions like Azure data factory, SSIS packages blob storage, function app, logic app
 * Experience in supporting API solutions

## Description

* Experience in supporting BigCommerce websites
 * Web technologies including Angular, .net, json

Key business objectives;

 * Provide a customer driven professional service as part of 2nd and 3rd line Applications Support within the IT Applications team to ensure all queries are answered and issues and problems resolved quickly and efficiently within defined SLAs

 * Provide quality support to the business stakeholders of the assigned application services, whilst minimising downtime, maintaining continuous improvements and to report on the performance of any service · Work with the test and development teams, assisting and building applications to support production, non-production and project requirements

 * Involvement in the IT strategy and roadmaps and provide consultation to developers and solution architects.
