## About the Role

* Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
 * Hands-on experience in Payroll configuration and payroll implementation projects.
 * Advanced knowledge of Fast Formula development.
 * Strong understanding of Oracle Payroll processes, calculations, balances, and statutory requirements.
 * Experience with HCM Extracts.
 * Experience using HDL (HCM Data Loader).
 * Experience developing and supporting integrations using Oracle HCM APIs.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience with end-to-end payroll lifecycle management.

Desirable skills & experience:

 * Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
 * Knowledge of Benefits, Absence Management, Time & Labour, or Core HR modules.
 * Experience with BI Publisher and OTBI reporting.
 * Understanding of payroll compliance and legislative requirements.
 * Experience working within global or multi-country payroll environments.
