* We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and backend development., * Design and develop scalable Java backend applications
 * Build and maintain Spring Boot microservices
 * Develop and integrate REST APIs
 * Work with messaging/event-driven architectures such as Kafka
 * Design and optimize database queries and backend services
 * Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance
 * Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile ceremonies
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
