 * 8+ years of professional software development experience building enterprise applications.

 * Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and backend development.
\n

 * Experience developing microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native applications.
\n

 * Practical experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, and CI/CD.
\n

 * Strong understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, concurrency, and fault tolerance.
\n

 * Experience with databases and messaging technologies such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Redis, or Kafka.
\n

 * Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
\n

 * Good understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and secure API development.
\n

 * Ability to independently solve complex engineering problems and collaborate effectively across teams.
\n, * Experience integrating LLMs, Agentic AI, MCP, or other AI-powered capabilities.
\n

 * Experience with Terraform, ArgoCD, and infrastructure automation.
\n

 * Familiarity with observability tools such as Datadog, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, or Grafana.

 * Experience with highly available, multi-region cloud applications.

 * Familiarity with React, C#, or ASP.NET.

## Description

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will work closely with Engineering and Product teams to build and enhance cloud-native applications and services., This is a hands-on Staff Software Engineer role focused on building and delivering complex cloud-native solutions, rather than owning enterprise-wide architecture strategy. AI experience is a plus, not a requirement.
